Felicia Forte was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY in the 1960’s. Being of Italian descent, Felicia came from a background where food, wine and music were part of a family tradition, and in abundance! Her earliest memories of performing were during holidays with her father, who was a singer. Family and friends would gather around eagerly waiting for this dynamic duo to perform, and Felicia thus began her love of singing. She was very active in school glee clubs, chorus, plays and such. As an adult, Felicia had studied acting and dance, and had success both as an extra in movies and in television commercials. This experience ultimately lead her into community theater for the next 4 years, where she played many lead and supporting roles in musicals.

After pursuing her Master’s degree in nursing and a career as a Registered Nurse, Felicia once again had a burning desire to sing. She began taking formal singing lessons with a classically trained Russian vocal instructor while actively seeking the right musical opportunity. She finally met Don Adamczyk in November, 2003, and they joined ranks to form the musical duo, Heart-2-Heart.

Don Adamczyk grew up in Bayonne, NJ in the 1950’s. His early love of music manifested itself strongly leading him through a steady course of musical projects beginning in the late 1960’s. A self-taught guitarist, his very first "gig" was as a guitar instructor at Piero’s School of Music in Bayonne from 1967 to 1969. This was the beginning of his long and extensive musical career, which connected Don to many talented and successful bands:

1969 - 71: (on guitar) House band / Cimarron Dude Ranch Peekskill, NY;
1971 - 72: (on bass) House band / Pinegrove Hotel / Catskill Mountains;
1972: (on guitar) "The Belleville Pike", an oldies band;
1973: (on bass) "Angela Bacari Show Band";
1973 - 74: (on guitar) "Free Will", a hard rock quintet;
1974 - 75: (on bass) "Starbright"/"The Norris Brothers"/"Liberty Bell";
1975 - 81: (on bass) "The Chatter Band", NJ's #1 Disco Band;
1981 - 83: (on bass) "Northern Lights"  / "Zapp"

While pursuing a successful career as a Realtor starting in 1981, Don also worked as a guitar soloist. He did so for 10 years until 1993, alternating that with his role on bass in two other bands, "Quicksand", a country rock band and "Miracle", a banquet trio.

After a 7 year hiatus, in 2000, Don came back into the music scene as a solo act until 2002, when he joined ranks with a lady singer and started a duo called "Silk and Steel". The evolution of that project became his current musical endeavor and is called Heart-2-Heart.
